Description:

The event or theme is MMU Faculty of Management (FOM) Open day dated March 21, 2011.The digital wallpaper must show the characteristics or features of FOM to advertise and promote the faculty.

First for this building picture, I use magnetic lasso tool to take this building.

The next step, I use Gradient to apply blue color to the background.

I apply Outer Glow and Drop Shadow to most of the picture and text.

Then I put 3 pictures and make its nicer position

And then, I put up the MMU Logo. Select using the same Color Range technique. And I apply Outer Glow to make it blend with the background.

I put e-bee on the under of the text. I use Color Range to eliminate the white part. And apply Outer Glow.

I use images (JPEG) that I took from Internet which consist the students and something that related with FOM and MMU.The idea of these FOM digital wallpaper is where there are students in front of the faculty enjoy studying in MMU and all of them has their own confidence that they will get a good job after their graduate.This is the reference image that i get from the internet:

Assignment 1

My product Shaolin with his chef hat.

First I used coconut then elliptical marquee tool to create a circle shape for face.

Then I select the kiwi, carrot, and grape as the eyes by using ellipse tools.

Next, I used the vegetable as his eyes brow I using magnetic lasso tool and then copied and mirror it.

Then I use the guava as the nose and change the color balance to make it nicer.

For create mouth I used kiwi, then using magic wand tool.

I choose the mushroom with Lasso tool, free transform and then move it to the top of the head, so there is the hat.

To make a dot for look like Shaolin man, I using grape then elliptical marquee it, copy and paste it to the new layer.

I copied the orange slice free transform, and then mirror it.

Finally, I use color balance for it will look like skin.
